Yoga Nidra Meditation

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation, releasing layers of tension and anxiety; creating a truly restful experience. Gentle movement will prepare the body for the Yoga Nidra practice of meditative sleep. This meditation is typically done lying on the floor, as if asleep (but can also be done with supportive props or in a chair).

Wear layers and avoid eating a heavy meal prior to class.  If desired, bring a blanket, small pillow, and light fabric to cover the eyes.
