Yoga Nidra with Joel

Saturday morning Yoga Nidra to promote mind, body, and spiritual wellness. Yoga Nidra is a practice with little or no movement required. In savasana or corpse pose, the body and mind are brought to a state of relaxation in which a conscious awareness of our inner world can be accessed. Begin by relaxing the body and quieting the mind and then invite in awareness to allow the subtle knowing of our deep inner world and how to integrate this awareness into our daily lives.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket if you’d like.

Please arrive early as class starts promptly at 11:00am and door will lock for safety.

Class is donation based.
