Vinyasa Flow: All Levels Friendly

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath to create a continuous flow of postures. In a vinyasa class, practitioners move seamlessly from one pose to the next, guided by the rhythm of their breath. This style of yoga builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as students focus on the present moment while moving through a sequence of poses. Vinyasa flow offers a creative and challenging practice that can be tailored to suit practitioners of all levels, making it a popular choice for those looking to cultivate both physical and mental well-being through their yoga practice.

Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Other props will be provided.

Susie is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor from Los Angeles, CA who recently moved to the Tri-Cities. She teaches a variety of styles of yoga including vinyasa, power, restorative, and yin. Her yoga practice began in 2011 and she was immediately drawn to the healing elements of the practice - not just physically, but also the introspective journey within. It was on her yoga mat where she discovered the magic of utilizing her breath, gained confidence while exploring challenging postures, and found peace within herself whether moving or being still. Susie is very passionate about nature, animals, deep human connection, and teaches with compassion that is accommodating to all skill levels.
