Slow Rhythmic Yoga

“Slow Rhythmic Yoga” connects traditional yoga asanas with your internal motion. This is the class where you want to get lost in the movement of your body.

Rather than holding yoga poses (asanas) we will find sway within the pose. Movement is based off what feels best for you, this could be calm ocean waves to hula-hoop speed.

We will use our breath and body movement to breakaway from our thoughts and dive into the feelings of our bodies.

Class is all levels friendly. Please bring your yoga mat, water, and energy. $15.00

Kaitlin Carter is a personal trainer and a RYT 200 yoga teacher. She is the owner of Kaylor Ace Wellness

Studio is open 15 minutes before class for quiet contemplation. Please arrive early as doors will be locked promptly at 1:00pm for safety.
