Pilates On the Physio Ball

Pilates is a full body conditioning system that brings strength, flexibility and balance to the body. It is Mindful Movement that helps improve posture and bring suppleness to the body. Pilates with the Physio ball brings fun variations to the work. The ball is an unstable base that challenges and nourishes our balance and deepens our core/center connections. Lots of mindful breath and stretching throughout, with modifications and progressions offered. Beginner/intermediate. Some balls available to borrow but please bring your own if possible, along with a mat.

1 Hour $20.00

Shari Ammerman has her BASI (Body Arts and Science International) comprehensive certification as well as her 200 hour Yoga teacher training and is the owner of Blue Sky Pilates in Prosser, WA

Must pre-register for class by calling or texting Shari at 509-781-1360. (Accepts Venmo, Square or PayPal)

Please arrive early as doors will be locked promptly at 4:00pm for security!
