Work-out with Hannah while she guides you through an all levels Pilates session, then work-in with Lacey guiding you through a restorative yoga session.
All in this one hour Pilates/yoga fusion class with the potential to strengthen your muscles and elevate your spirit!
Class is donation-based, and no one will be turned away for not being able to make a donation. All proceeds from this class will be donated to Grace Kitchen, a local nonprofit supporting women & children affected by trafficking, addiction, homelessness, and poverty.
