Yoga Therapy for Knees

Yoga can either make you one of these statistics or can help you move away from knee pain.  Come learn how to use therapeutic yoga to prevent and resolve knee pain.

Taught by Sara Nelson who is a certified yoga therapist, Ayurvedic Svastha Acharya (wholistic health coach) and doctor of physical therapy. Sara has been a dedicated student of the body and its movement her entire life. She has studied dance, qi gong (Tai Chi Chih and Tai Chi for Arthritis), Gyrotonic (certified since 2008), yoga, functional fitness and rehabilitation. 

Please arrive early as the doors will be locked promptly at 9:00am for safety.
