Join me as we move through this age old practice using breath and the body. Walking the path toward a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket if you’d like.
Please arrive early as class starts promptly at 10:00am and door will lock for safety.
