Self-care is placing a high priority on tending to the stresses that accumulate in the body before they take root as pain or illness.

During this sound bath meditation, we will stimulate the vagus nerve through humming, laughing and breathwork, beginning to reduce stress and enhance your relaxation naturally & quickly. This will be followed by some beautiful, relaxing sounds and vibrations from crystal singin bowls and other instruments to communicate to your body that its time to rest and reset.

Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water and whatever you would like to feel comfortable (eye pillow, pillows, or blanket). A bolster and blanket will be available for your use.

60 min $15 Please pre-purchase ticket as space is limited.

Doors will open 15 minutes prior for quiet contemplation. Please arrive early as class with start promptly at 6:00pm and doors will be locked for safety.
