Unwind: Breathwork and Soundbath w/Dr. Irene and Angie Alden

What to expect:  

-Gentle clearing of lymph and acupressure with  massage stone

- Guided  rhythmic breathwork (only to medium pace not fast  this time) with Dr. Irene 

- Deep mind and body connection to help release physical tension and pain

- Soothing healing sound bath by  Angie Alden to connect your mind and body and just rest and move as you please.  Even take a nap if you want!

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, comfy clothes, water bottle 

Bolsters and chairs will be provided if you choose to sit instead. 

Bring your "mushroom" stone if you've bought one from previous breathwork sessions, otherwise you can borrow one. If this your first time, please come 15 minutes early to sign your waiver form!

You must pre-register as space is limited. Also, please arrive early as doors will lock promptly at 4:00pm for security.
