The Postpartum phase is a unique journey. This class is intended to help reconnect you with your body.

This 45 minute class will focus on breath and body alignment to help you safely build back your strength.

Babies are not required but if you’re more comfortable bringing your yoga mat buddy please feel free.

 $10.00 Limited to 15 people
