Morning Stretch with Melanie

Stretch, move and release!  In this class, we'll combine yoga
posture work, myofascial release, and movement to stretch and wake up the
body and mind.  What a great way to start your week.

Mondays at 9:00am

Melani St. John has been teaching yoga since 2003. She found yoga as a way
to balance life in her dual roles as parent and caregiver. Her desire to
share the physical and spiritual benefits with others led her to teaching.
She received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification through
Pacific Yoga in Seattle and her Level 1 Teacher Training certification at
the Iyengar Center for Yoga of Seattle. She also enjoys dance and other
mind/body disciplines, teaches Pilates, myofascial release techniques, and
is a licensed Gyrokinesis trainer. Her broad exposure and training as well as her curiosity about the physical and energetic aspects of the body have led her to an eclectic teaching
style, blending yoga with complementary movement and music. Her classes are
fun, casual and will challenge you to become stronger, more
body-intelligent, and lighter in spirit.
