Join us for a mid week wind down! Learn some simple yoga poses to calm the body and prepare it for sleep. Once your body is relaxed, enjoy the soothing sound vibrations of 7 crystal singing bowls that communicate with the body and calm the nervous system.

Must pre-register as space is limited. Class will start promptly at 5:15 pm and doors will be locked for safety.
