Lunchtime Express Pilates

Get in, get out, GET IT DONE! 30 minute classical mat Pilates classes designed to get your sweat on during your lunch break and not skip a beat. Previous Pilates experience not required, but encouraged to get the most out of your workout- modifications are always provided and welcome. Check out the Intro to Pilates classes for a great place to start for those new to this type of exercise!
BYOM (bring your own mat), props and additional equipment provided by studio.
