Partner Yoga

Looking for something to do with your partner for Valentine’s? How about Partner’s Yoga? Bring anyone you would like to share your practice with a friend, a family member, a date, a romantic partner, or your husband or wife. This 75-minute session will guide you through simple breathing exercises, shared partner yoga poses, and a final relaxation and meditation. This is a great way to have fun and share your yoga practice! Knowledge of yoga poses is preferred, but not necessary.

Please register both people attending.

Taught by Kathryn Elsen & Heather Anastos.

 Kathryn Elsen completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in July 2015 after falling in love with "yoga bliss". She continues to grow her personal and professional practice through many hours of training, self-study, and teaching. In October 2019 Kathryn added "Reiki Master" to her accomplishments, offering Reiki Energy healing sessions in person and via distance and naturally part of her yoga offerings. You can also find her on YouTube “Yoga from the Heart with Kathryn.”

Kathryn aims to provide light and love and encourage self-confidence while offering an inspiring place where yogis can "just be" and a safe place to blossom within their practice.

Heather Anastos (E-RYT-500) started practicing yoga in 2002 to help recover from a back injury. Heather focuses on the mental, emotional, and physical healing aspects of yoga and is strongly influenced by the Iyengar and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Heather is also a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Jyotisha Ratna (vedic astrologer) and brings the healing knowledge of these ancient practices to her classes. She continues her studies with coursework and self-study in Jyotish (Astrology), Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Metaphysical Studies, Sanskrit, and Asana. 

Please arrive early as the doors will be locked promptly at 5:00pm for safety.
