Iyengar Yoga with vibhuti

This cautious, gentle form of yoga can help you get started down a lifelong path of yoga study. During class, poses will be accommodated to the individual student, taking into consideration injury, alignment, and limitations in order to support the healing potential of the body.

This class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, December 5th through the 14th, starting at 10:30am.

Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. $15.00 cash at class time. No need to pre-register.

Your Instructor: Vibhuti has over 20 years of experience teaching alignment based yoga. She has studied yoga asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing awareness), and Ayurveda (science of natural health) extensively in the US and India.
