Join Hannah from SOL Movement Center for an hour of Mat Pilates fun to strengthen, stretch, breathe, and energize your body!

All levels of experience and physical fitness are welcome here. Class will run for about 50 minutes and modifications/variations are always incorporated and encouraged so that you get the absolute most out of your workout.
