Bring control and ease into your everyday movement with core-strengthening Pilates exercise. Join this 45 minute classical mat class designed to introduce you to the Pilates principles and foundational movements. No experience necessary! For those brand new to this type of exercise, recommended to start here prior to participation in other Pilates classes.

BYOM (bring your own mat), props and additional equipment provided by studio.
