Hatha Yoga focuses on slower-paced movements and longer holds in individual poses, emphasizing alignment and breath control, making it more accessible to beginners.
Stretching can improve your flexibility, range of motion, and mobility. this class will focus on stretching and also add in some stregthening and balance.
Please arrive early as the doors will be locked promptly at 9:00 am for security.
