This event will include information on the benefits of a 24-hour fast for gut reset including but not limited to; How to build up to a 24-hour fast, the difference between intermittent fasting and longer fasts, what type of fast would be best for you, tools tricks and hacks to help you get the most out of your fast, and ways that you can build a sustainable fasting lifestyle. Of course, I will leave time for questions at the end. I hope you will join me!

Kristi is an NBC-HWC Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and a Fast Like a Girl Certified Health Coach who has been health coaching for 3 years. I am also a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor for 18 years. My most recent certification in developing a fasting lifestyle has finally helped me find my niche as a health coach. I believe that helping others develop the skills needed to incorporate and maintain the concepts of a fasting lifestyle will inspire healing.
