The class is open to everyBODY, no matter your fitness level or age.
After practicing yoga for many years, Doreen Klemesrud (CYT-200) decided to retire and teach yoga. Doreen has previously taught at Unity Yoga, leading Yoga for Seniors, Chair Yoga, and Beginner Series Yoga for Seniors. Doreen also volunteers and teaches yoga to the residents of Brookdale Assisted Senior Living facility.
