• Mentorship from an experienced Evidence Based Birth® Instructor

• 6 classes with your EBB Instructor to prepare for the labor process and practice your labor skills

• 5 weeks of online videos for you and your partner to watch together

• Access to your online Evidence Based Birth® dashboard including all of the Signature Articles, a video library, guided relaxations, acupressure information, and more
