Be a Warrior, not a Worrier!
This class will begin with some active movement to help you “drop” what doesn’t serve you anymore. Releasing these emotions and memories through activity is very effective and leaves room for more positivity to take its place! Once you have dropped the negative, you will transition to Yin Yoga (deep stretching) and end with a sound bath meditation.
This class is brought to you by Kaitlin Carter of Kaylor Ace Wellness. Kaitlin is a personal trainer and a RYT 200 yoga teacher as well a wife and mother of two!
Please arrive early as doors will lock promptly at 9:00am for safety.
