Chubby Chick Yoga

Sunday mornings are perfect for a deep stretch.  This one hour class is perfect for beginners, with easy, accessible poses.  Show up and just simply be yourself, breathe, move your body, and find relaxation.  A casual, be yourself class, where you are encouraged to do what feels best for your individual body and your individual needs.  No fancy contortions, no expectations of perfection, and no judgement.

Patti became a teacher in 2017 when I realized there was a shortage of teachers that looked like me in the world.  I knew that yoga was truly for every body type and style, but I wasn’t seeing a whole lot of different body types or styles showing up for class.  Because who wants to feel like the one fat girl in the room?  I’ve fixed that for you, you will never feel like the fat, uncoordinated, or out of place stiff girl in one of my classes.  My yoga classes are geared towards beginners, we are all learning in this life, for those who just want to check out what yoga truly is and learn to feel comfortable in their own skin.  No one will notice if your balance isn’t perfect, and no one will critique your ability in a pose, your practice will truly be for you and you alone, with me here to simply guide and support you.

Please arrive early as door will lock promptly at 9:00 am for security.
