We start seated with gentle stretches and light cardio before rising into standing postures. Kristin Coffman (CYT-200) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She feels her best when yoga is a consistent presence in her life. She taught yoga for six years at Unity Yoga and found she loves teaching a slow paced Hatha class utilizing different yoga props and modifying poses to work for all bodies.
Her chair yoga class was inspired by her mother who isn’t able to get up and down off the floor in a more traditional class. In addition to her yoga practice, Kristin enjoys staying active by walking with her dogs by the river and hiking Badger and Candy mountain with her friends and family.
