Beginning Yoga with Jen

New to yoga? Or looking for a place to begin again? Join us for a weekly beginning yoga class. Explore basic sitting and standing poses, including alignment fundamentals. You will also learn simple breathing practices and relaxation techniques to experience greater ease in your body. No experience required.

Jenifer Linville (E-RYT 500) completed her residential yoga teacher training in Classical Ashtanga (8-Limb) Yoga at the Mount Madonna Center under the lineage of Baba Hari Dass. Jenifer is also a certified teacher of Yoga4Cancer Oncology Yoga.  She is a long-time practitioner of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga and has taught in the Tri-Cities since 2013. Through study and dedicated practice, Jenifer has come to integrate pranayama, meditation, mantra, Subtle® Yoga, and other forms of “innercise” to balance her busy lifestyle.

Studio is open 15 minutes before class for quiet contemplation. Please arrive early as doors will be locked promptly at 6:00pm for safety.
