Live In Ease: Tai Chi Chih

This series is part of the Complete Care Program at Therapy Solutions.   The goal of Complete Care is to offer community support to individuals interested in improving their health - and this holiday season Yoga Community is teaming up to bring these classes to Richland.  Optimal health takes time and support - this series provides both.

Tonight’s class is Tai Chi Chih - This is a simple form of qi gong, consisting of 19 movements and one pose.  It is easy to learn and offers many health benefits, including being at ease in your body.  You will learn the entire sequence over the course of the sessions held at Yoga Community.  This can become a lifelong practice of moving meditation that helps improve sleep, mood, and balance, as well as boost immunity and reduce inflammation (all supported by scientific research).
