Beginner Strength Training Foundations

Find your inner strength by working body weight basics to gain confidence and stamina throughout your body. Class May use straps, blocks, balls and chairs, but no added weight is needed to set the foundation for strength training.

This express class is designed to move through the major muscles groups and leave you feeling more aligned with your body to take on the rest of the day.
