30 minute Barefoot Training foundations

Barefoot Training - Foundations

Working on form before we overload the body is key for sustainable exercise and life in general. So whether your goal is to start lifting weights or its to get out of your car easily, barefoot training is a great way to start. This doesn’t mean if you’re lifting weights already that you can’t do this class, in fact I encourage you to try it. It’s a great way for the brain to connect with the movements of the body.

Optimal breath and body alignment is key for performing exercises safely and with full efficiency gains. Barefoot Foundations is small group training to learn how to properly breathe and load the body for “foundational” exercises. This 30 min class works on full body movement and breathing. The major muscle groups are activated to give you a quick full body workout. You will leave the class feeling warm and more in tune with your body and breath.

Class is designed to be beginner, base layer friendly, or a great tool to come back to you after you have been working out by yourself. Please bring water and your yoga mat.

30 minutes, $15.00
