StressBusters Yoga

This class will focus on yoga techniques for the reduction of stress and anxiety, including gentle movement, breath work, restorative yoga and meditation.  Open to all levels, including beginners. Drop ins allowed.

Studio is open 15 minutes before class for quiet contemplation. Please arrive early as doors will be locked promptly at 6:00pm for safety.

Heather Anastos (E-RYT-500) started practicing yoga in 2002 to help recover from a back injury. Heather focuses on the mental, emotional, and physical healing aspects of yoga and is strongly influenced by the Iyengar and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Heather is also a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Jyotisha Ratna (vedic astrologer) and brings the healing knowledge of these ancient practices to her classes. She continues her studies with coursework and self-study in Jyotish (Astrology), Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Metaphysical Studies, Sanskrit, and Asana.
