Classic mat Pilates class, appropriate for all levels: join for 45 minutes to stretch, strengthen, breathe, and sweat! Previous Pilates experience not required but recommended to get the most out of your workout- modifications are always provided and welcome. Check out the Intro to Pilates class for a great place to start for those brand new to this type of exercise!
BYOM (bring your own mat), props and additional equipment provided by studio.
